1. Who I am
This website belongs to Elaine Cleaning Services, a one-person business in Myrtle Beach, SC 29579. I clean homes, offices and other spaces in Myrtle Beach and nearby cities. You can reach me by phone or text at (843) 917-5923 and by email at elaineoliveira1986mb@gmail.com.
2. What I collect
When you send the request form, I collect what you type in: your name, your phone number, the service you want, your ZIP code and your message, which is optional. If you call, text or email me, I receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell me. The form does not ask for your full address, your email address or any payment details. Please do not put door codes, alarm codes or other access information in your message.
3. How I use your information
I use your details to answer your quote request, to talk with you about the cleaning and to arrange the service if you decide to hire me. I do not sell your information, and I do not rent it or use it to send you advertising from other businesses.
4. Phone calls and text messages
When you check the consent box on the form, you agree that I may contact you by phone call and text message, at the number you gave me, about your quote request. You do not need to agree in order to hire me. You can also call, text or email me yourself.
Message and data rates may apply. I send texts only about your request and the cleaning we are arranging. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. You can also tell me by phone or email, and I will stop. I do not share your phone number or any mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
5. Who receives the form
When you send the form, a program on this website's own server (written in PHP) sends your request to my email so I can answer you, using the email server of my web host. The server also keeps a copy of your request for a limited time, as described below. I do not use a third-party form service. The message then arrives in my own email account, whose provider handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. I do not share your information with anyone else, except when the law requires it.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or analytics tools. It does not use social media tracking pixels. Like any website, the server that hosts the site may keep routine technical logs, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
7. How long I keep your information
The copy of your request that the website server keeps is deleted 90 days after it is sent to my email. If the email cannot be sent right away, the server keeps your request until it is sent. I keep our messages for as long as I reasonably need them to answer you, arrange the cleaning and keep a record of our conversation. After that, I delete them or stop using them.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask me what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me at elaineoliveira1986mb@gmail.com or call or text me at (843) 917-5923. I may ask a question or two to confirm that the request comes from you. You can also ask me at any time to stop calling or texting you.
9. Security
I take reasonable care with the information you send me. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please share only what is needed for your request.
10. Children
This website is for adults who want to hire a cleaning service. It is meant for people 18 and older, and I do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
I may update this page from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If I make a significant change, I will update that date.
