1. About this site
This website presents Elaine Cleaning Services, a one-person business in Myrtle Beach, SC 29579. I do the cleaning myself. The site shares information about my services and lets you contact me to ask for a quote.
2. Services
I offer residential cleaning, office cleaning, deep cleaning, Airbnb and vacation rental turnover, Move-In/Move-Out cleaning, Post-Construction cleaning and commercial cleaning in Myrtle Beach and nearby cities. What each job includes depends on your space and what we agree on. The descriptions on this website are general. They are not a full list of tasks for any job.
3. Quotes and scheduling
The website does not show prices. A quote is the price I give you after we talk about your space and your needs, by phone, text or email. Prices, what is included and the date and time of the cleaning are agreed directly with me before the work starts. A quote request on this site does not book a cleaning until we both confirm it.
4. Payment
Payment methods and when payment is due are agreed directly with me when we arrange the cleaning.
5. Cancellations and changes
If your plans change, please contact me as early as you can. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed directly with me when we arrange the cleaning.
6. Your space
Please tell me before the cleaning about anything in your space that needs special care, such as fragile items or delicate surfaces, and about any access I need. Please do not send door codes, alarm codes or other access information through the website form. If you have a concern about a cleaning, contact me right away so we can talk about it.
7. Responsibility
I do my work with care, and I ask you to tell me about any concern as soon as you notice it. The website and its content are provided "as is" and may contain errors or be unavailable at times. To the extent the law allows, I am not responsible for problems caused by the use of this website or by third-party services connected to it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
8. Photos and videos on this site
The photos in the Results and Gallery sections are from cleaning jobs I did. They are shown to give you an idea of my work, and results can vary from one space to another. Photos marked "Illustrative photo" are stock images and do not show my work. The photo of the office in Services is a stock photo from Unsplash. You may not copy or reuse the photos or videos on this site without my permission.
9. Using the website
Please use the site for its intended purpose, which is learning about my services and contacting me. Do not use it to send harmful, false or abusive content, to collect information about other people, or to try to disrupt it.
10. Contact by phone or text
If you check the consent box on the quote form, I may contact you by phone call or text message about your request, as described in my Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages.
11. Links and third parties
This site sends your quote request to my email through its own server, the email server of my web host and my email provider. I do not use a third-party form service. I do not control other websites or services, and their own terms apply to them.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any dispute about these terms or this website will be handled in the courts of South Carolina, unless the law requires otherwise.
13. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
